Appointment Scheduling Etiquette
Our goal is to provide timely, personable and professional service to each client, every visit In doing so, we need your help;
Please plan to arrive at or a few moments before your confirmed appointment time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be serviced as a 'walk-in' and will be charged a $15 late fee. Priority service will be given to clients arriving on time.
Cancellations not made 12 hours prior to appointment time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Children are not permitted in styling area unless being serviced.
Sew-in appointments are serviced tuesday-thursday only.
If you have just taken out braids or a sew-in please be advised chemical services WILL NOT be applied to tangled/matted prior to recommended treatment...doing so will cause breakage. Your stylist will go over healthier options.
No Call No Show appointments are taken very seriously here at SaloNrg and will be required to pay 50% of the originally scheduled service prior to making another appointment.
